Thank you for shopping with CozyDuty. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order. Because every robe is made to order, our shipping timeline works a little differently than a typical retail store.

Made-to-Order Processing

Every CozyDuty robe is made to order — we don't keep finished inventory sitting on a shelf. Each robe is individually crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. All orders are treated as preorders.

Please allow up to 30 days for your robe to be made before it ships out. Many orders are completed and shipped sooner, but we ask that you plan for the full window during busy periods. This production time is required because your robe is crafted to order rather than pulled from existing stock.

Delivery Timeline

Once your robe has finished production and ships out, delivery takes an additional 6–12 days to reach you.

So your full timeline from order to doorstep is:

• Production: up to 30 days (often less)
• Shipping: 6–12 days after it leaves us

These timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to demand, materials, or carrier delays outside our control.

Order Updates & Tracking

We'll keep you in the loop while your robe is being made. You can expect updates on your order status along the way, and once your robe ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it right to your door.

If you haven't received tracking after 30 days, reach out and we'll give you a status update right away.
